Who we are
Novado Solutions ("we", "us") provides AI due diligence and IT business consulting services. This notice explains what we collect through novadosolutions.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us, and a small amount of technical data:
- Information you submit. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your company, phone number, the topic you selected, and the message you write.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the site.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it
- To provide services where you become a client
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you resume. Records relating to an engagement are kept for the period required by our professional, contractual and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our business — website hosting, email delivery and business email. They process information on our instructions only. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a business email account protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential or deal-sensitive material through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Contact us at info@novadosolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this notice and add a consent mechanism before doing so.
